A team of more than 10 executives supports Managing Director Andrew Fung. Their experience covers the industries of finance, information technology, transport, construction and consumer products, as well as government and NGOs.

Executives have experience working with Hong Kong and China-based firms as well as regional and international companies.

To provide specialized skills, the PR Concepts team is divided into two operational groups: Financial Communications and Corporate Communications. Each group is headed by an experienced director and supported by highly trained account managers and executives.

Founder and Managing Director Andrew Fung established PR Concepts in 1996 as the culmination of more than 10 years experience in the communications field. Andrew epitomizes the professional spirit of the company with his long dedication to the profession and his keen and active interest in financial, business and public affairs issues.

Highly experienced in both financial and public affairs, he managed the IPO communications campaign for Tsingtao Brewery Company Limited (168.HK) in 1993, the first H shares flotation in Hong Kong.

He has worked on such diversified and complex projects as defending China Assets(170.HK), the Hong Kong-listed arm of China Venturetechno, from a hostile take-over bid and advised ARCO on the launch of its underwater natural gas pipeline between Hong Kong and Hainan.

A previous member of the Central Policy Unit of the Hong Kong SAR Government, Andrew also teaches public relations in Hong Kong and Shanghai for the School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPACE) of the University of Hong Kong. He also lectures on corporate and financial public relations at the Hong Kong Management Association.

His earlier career at the Hong Kong office of international agency Burson-Marsteller saw him rise to the position of Director of Corporate & Financial Practice responsible for such clients as Tsingtao Brewery Company Limited (168.HK), SINOPEC Yizheng Chemical Fibre Company Limited (1033.HK) and Guangdong Kelon Electrical Holdings Company Limited (921.HK).

A graduate in politics and business administration from the University of Hong Kong, Andrew also gained distinction in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Securities Stockbrokers examination.

Ms Tang is the Vice President of the Corporate & Financial Practice of PR Concepts. With 8 years' experience in investor and media relations, Ms Tang has built strong connections with the investment community and financial media. Ms. Tang has participated in numerous flotation communications projects, international roadshows, investor relations program and the production of financial communications materials such as annual report, interim report and corporate video.

Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Ms Tang has participated in a number of statistical and research projects which sharpen her analytical skills.

Mr. Ip Mun Lam is a well experienced corporate and financial communication specialist. Having worked in several financial public relations firms in Hong Kong, he has been actively engaged in developing and implementing financial communications programs for a number of IPO projects of Main Board and GEM Board and handling several financial communications and investor relations programs for listed companies.

Prior to joining the public relations arena, Ip has worked as research analyst with securities houses, including Delta Asia Financial Group, Ong & Company Securities Limited and Shenyin Wanguo Securities (HK) Limited, where he organized investment seminars and provided analysis of local stocks. The extensive experience in the industry has put Ip in good stead in establishing investor relations.

Ip holds a Master degree in Finance of University of Southampton and a Bachelor degree in Economics of University of Warwick, United Kingdom.

Ms Li is responsible for the IR and media relations of listed companies.

She serves PR retainer accounts such as AMS Public Transport, REXCapital, Vongroup, Premium Land and has participated in IPO projects such as Zhuzhou CSR Times and China Properties Group.

She obtained a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Communication from The Hong Kong Baptist University and has experience in organizing PR events and writing MC scripts.
